Sometimes there is no other way to place a distribution transformer in a hazardous area, for example when your plant is on a platform or oil rig. In such cases, we are able to supply distribution transformers for use in Zone 1 (ZONE 1) under the ATEX standard.
The protection zone II is 2G EX and IIT5.These transformers are of hermetic oil type and for different voltage levels and up to a total weight of 5000 kg.
